Ecolinguistics

"Eco" in "ecolinguistics" refers to the life-sustaining interactions of humans with other humans, other organisms, and the physical environment (Stibbe, 2021). The linguistics section of the concept focuses on the idea of a "story, or a mental model within the mind of an individual person which influences how they think, feel, and act." (Stibbe, 2021).
